1. Agreement and account authority
By creating an account, starting a checkout, accepting a team invitation, or using Rankly, you agree to these terms. If you act for a company or client, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization and to connect the websites and integrations you submit.
You must provide accurate account information, verify your email, keep credentials secure, and promptly revoke sessions or notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Workspace owners control billing, exports, ownership transfers, and deletion.
2. The service
Rankly measures desktop Google rankings in selected markets, AI visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overview, Search Console performance when connected, and site health on eligible plans. Regular rank and AI checks run weekly. Site reachability and SSL checks run daily and technical audits run weekly when Site Monitoring is enabled.
Search results, AI answers, citations, volumes, and Search Console rows come from third-party systems and can be incomplete, delayed, localized, personalized, or changed by those providers. Rankly shows partial, stale, unavailable, and failed states rather than guaranteeing complete coverage.
- Prompt volume is an estimate equal to 10% of the linked SE Ranking keyword volume, rounded to the nearest whole number. It is not first-party demand data.
- Search Console may expose only top rows even when imports paginate.
- OpenRouter is used for enrichment and analysis, not as the source of measured AI visibility.
3. Plans and workspace limits
Starter is $10 per month and includes 1 website, 30 keywords, 30 prompts, 1 user, and 4 reports per month. Growth is $15 per month and includes 3 websites, 75 keywords, 75 prompts, 3 users, 12 reports, and Site Monitoring. Pro is $49 per month and includes 10 websites, 300 keywords, 300 prompts, 10 users, 40 reports, Site Monitoring, and premium support. Agency is $129 per month and includes 30 websites, 1,000 keywords, 1,000 prompts, 30 users, 120 reports, Site Monitoring, and premium support.
All limits are totals shared by the workspace. Each additional keyword market consumes another keyword slot. Each active prompt is measured across four AI engines. Limits are enforced by the server and may prevent new records or jobs until usage is reduced or the plan is changed.
4. Trials, checkout, and billing
An eligible Starter workspace and customer may receive one seven-day Stripe trial. A valid card is collected before the trial begins. Trial eligibility is not transferable and cannot be repeated after a trial starts. PayPal subscriptions begin paid immediately and do not include the trial.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe or PayPal. Only one pending, trialing, active, past-due, or suspended billing-provider subscription may control a workspace. Same-provider plan changes use that provider's management flow. Cross-provider switching is available only after the existing paid period ends.
Taxes, currency conversion, bank fees, refunds, disputes, renewal timing, and payment-method processing may also be governed by the selected payment provider. Prices and limits shown at checkout control the order; material future changes apply prospectively with reasonable notice where required.
5. Past due, cancellation, and deletion
When a subscription becomes past due, Rankly pauses new provider jobs immediately. Canceled or unpaid workspaces may remain read-only for up to 30 days so data can be reviewed or exported. Cancellation does not reverse charges already incurred and does not automatically reactivate another billing provider.
A workspace owner may request account deletion. Rankly schedules permanent deletion after a 30-day recovery period and attempts to cancel renewal through the billing provider. Canceling the deletion request does not reverse a subscription cancellation. Some minimal records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, accounting, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
6. Customer content and integrations
You retain ownership of project domains, keywords, prompts, reports, branding, support messages, and other content you submit. You grant Rankly a limited license to host, process, crawl, analyze, reproduce, and transmit that content only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
You must have permission to connect Search Console properties, monitor websites, invite users, and process client data. You are responsible for your instructions, selected markets, report recipients, and any claims you make using Rankly output. Third-party provider terms also apply to their services.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Rankly to break laws, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, access systems without authorization, distribute malware, probe service security, evade plan limits, share accounts outside the licensed workspace, scrape the service, resell raw provider access, or interfere with other customers. Automated use is allowed only through documented Rankly interfaces.
We may throttle, suspend, or terminate abusive activity and may preserve evidence needed to investigate security, payment, or legal incidents.
8. Service availability and changes
We aim to operate Rankly reliably, but maintenance, third-party outages, provider changes, rate limits, unavailable markets, and force-majeure events can interrupt or alter results. We may modify integrations or measurement methods when providers change, while preserving historical evidence and clearly labeling material methodology changes where practical.
No ranking, traffic, citation, revenue, or AI-answer outcome is guaranteed. Rankly is an analytics tool and does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.
9. Ownership and feedback
Rankly, its software, interface, documentation, trademarks, and non-customer materials belong to the operator and its licensors. These terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during an authorized subscription. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, provided it does not disclose your confidential information.
10. Confidentiality and security
Each party must protect the other's non-public business information using reasonable care and use it only for the service relationship. Rankly uses role-based access, encrypted server-managed integration secrets, signed webhooks, session controls, restricted infrastructure, backups, and operational monitoring. No online service can promise absolute security, and you remain responsible for secure devices and authorized workspace access.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted results. We are not responsible for third-party provider decisions, search-engine changes, AI output, or customer-published content.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Rankly's aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the fees paid for the affected workspace during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Limits that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
12. Changes, governing terms, and contact
We may update these terms to reflect product, provider, legal, or security changes. The updated date will change, and material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance unless applicable law requires a different process.
The governing law and venue are those stated in an applicable signed order or, if none, the law and courts of the operator's principal place of business, subject to non-waivable consumer rights. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and any order form are the complete agreement for the service.
